Summary:
Each year, the Commission reviews and approves the current goals for the fiscal year. The Commission will review the proposed FY 2024 - 2025 goals and discuss any additional goals for the period July 2024 - June 2025.
Strategic Plan Goal:
Goal No. 5 Strengthen internal communication, recruitment, retention, systems, and processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of City Services.

Review current Commission goals and status, and discuss new goals for FY 2024-2025 that align with the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.

Background:
Each year, the Commission reviews the previous year’s goals and discusses new goals (Attachment A).
In September 2023, the City Council approved and adopted the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan (Attachment B).
The Commission will review the current goals, which have been updated with a section denoting the Strategic Plan goal(s) that best align with the goal. The goals are tracked each month and may be amended to be in alignment with the City’s Strategic Plan. (Attachment C).
