body

Background and Analysis:

The March regular meeting of the Parks & Recreation Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Due to three Commissioners attending the March CPRS Conference, staff anticipate a lack of quorum for the March Commission meeting. Staff are recommending the Parks and Recreation Commission reschedule or cancel the meeting as follows:

1.)                     Reschedule the March 19, 2025 meeting to Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

2.)                     Cancel the meeting of March 19, 2025.

Staff have selected the recommended rescheduled date based on other City meetings and events, and the availability of meeting space.

Should the Commission decide to cancel the meeting and a time-sensitive item arise that needs action by the Commission, staff would work to schedule a meeting on the proposed rescheduled meeting date.
