Summary:
The Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments and project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the following criteria, as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:
• The City Council authorized funds for the adopted fiscal year Operating Budget.
• Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date.
• The City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined processing.
The contract amendment for City Council consideration is as follows:
1. Gentry General Engineering, Incorporated: Third Amendment for Street and Alley Construction, Maintenance and Immediate Repair Services, to extend the contract term through August 26, 2027, update the rates of compensation, and increase the contract amount by $250,000 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $863,961.65, including previously authorized Extra Work and funding for an additional year of services.
2. Cyrun, Incorporated: Provides the Police Department Records Management Software (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch Software, along with the Racial and Identity Profiling Act (RIPA) of 2015, Module allowing for data collection per Assembly Bill 953 regulations. Proposed Seventh Amendment extends the contract by one year through August 23, 2027, for a new not-to-exceed amount of $808,000.
