Summary:
The Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments and project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the following criteria, as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:
• The City Council authorized funds for the adopted fiscal year Operating Budget.
• Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date.
• The City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined processing.
The contract amendment for City Council consideration is as follows:
1. Rons Maintenance, Incorporated: Third Amendment for Catch Basin and Storm Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance Services, to increase the contract by $59,710.46 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $166,470.46 to account for an additional year of service.
2. SCA of CA, LLC (FKA CleanStreet, LLC): Second Amendment for Maintenance Services, to increase the contract by $324,291.81 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,268,833.41 to account for an additional year of service.
3. West Coast Arborist, Incorporated: Second Amendment for Maintenance Services, to increase the contract by $1,021,757.36 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,924,843.36 to account for five additional years of service.
