Summary:
The attached Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments and project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the following criteria, as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:
• The City Council authorized funds for the adopted fiscal year Operating Budget.
• Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date.
• The City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined processing.
The contract amendments for City Council consideration are as follows:
1. Mohawk Commercial, Incorporated: First Amendment for Purchase and Installation Services, to increase the contract amount by $10,169.56 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $167,543.10. The original contract amount was $157,373.54, plus a 5% contingency, bringing the total to $165,242.22. The increase of $2,300.88 is above the previous total not-to-exceed plus contingency. This adjustment is needed to account for the additional work performed to accelerate project completion and prevent delays to the City Hall Interior Renovation Project.
2. CLIPA, LLC DBA Celebration Holiday Studio, Third Amendment for outdoor Holiday Lights Decoration Services extending the term through July 1, 2027, and increasing the contract amount by $70,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $231,000.

Fiscal Impact:
The City Council has authorized funding as part of the adopted Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Operating Budgets related to the proposed contract amendments. Fiscal impacts beyond the current fiscal year will be incorporated into the proposed FY 2026-2028 Operational Budget.
